Awarding Winning Powerful Site Lighting

The VT-1 is very quiet and ideally suited for use at outdoor events, yet burly enough to stand up to the harshness of modern construction sites. The transportation of the VT-1 is cost effective – its unique design means that a transport firm can deliver up to twelve sets on one standard 12m vehicle.

The VT-1 can be fitted to a road tow undercarriage with approved certification for transportation in the UK, Holland, Belgium, France and Germany.

The highly successful, award winning, VT-1 has been a massive seller worldwide, lighting up construction sites and outside events, throughout Europe, Australasia, South Africa and the Middle East.  The VT-1 has whisper quiet noise levels (just 65 dBA at 7 m) and a long run fuel tank, which makes it ideally suited for outside events, site lighting in construction and highway contracts, as well as for mines, car parks, industrial sites, airports, warehouses and pedestrian areas at public events. It is also ideal for providing proper illumination in civil protection situations.

Awarding Winning Powerful Site Lighting

The principal feature of the VT-1+Eco is an advanced light detection sensor and auto stop/start mechanism that automatically switches on the unit when the ambient light has descended to a predetermined level. In reverse, the sensor will close down the lighting set when sufficient brightness rises. This completely alleviates the need to employ a team of operatives, travelling from site to site, manually starting and stopping each individual lighting set, at night and in the morning.

Combining the two factors of less personnel travelling to site and lighting sets in operation only when it is dark, TowerLight has calculated that reduced pollution levels of up to 30% could be achieved, representing a significant proportion of overall carbon usage reduction.

Compact and Uncomplicated

The VT-2 is a very compact, versatile lighting tower, featuring a 7m vertical, manually operated mast coupled to a useful 6.0kVA super-silenced diesel generator. It is fitted with four 400-watt metal halide lamps, with secure and adjustable height stabilisers - all tested in wind speeds of 80km/h.

The VT-2 is ideally suited for rental firms considering entering into the lucrative metal halide market, but may be discouraged, principally because of the perception that many current lighting models are large and cumbersome, requiring specialist transport and significant storage areas.

The VT-2 is the correct lighting set for small and medium sized construction projects and outside events. It is also ideal for providing proper illumination in some civil protection situations.

Unparalleled Linkable Lighting

The LinkTower is an individual lighting system that has little competition. Quite simply the LinkTower bears all the features and benefits of a standard tower floodlight but with the added benefit of being able to safely link together, resulting in a row of powerful lighting sets all from one power source – mains or generator. Illumination is from a 7m vertical, manually operated, stainless steel mast.

The LinkTower can be deployed at shows, events, construction sites and on the UK rail network. The LinkTower should not be considered as a lightweight piece of equipment – this is a substantial item of plant – designed to work on most types of outdoor contracts.
